EAGLE CLUB

The Eagle Club of SITAM, also known as the Anti-Narcotic Club, is dedicated to creating awareness about the dangers of drug abuse and promoting a healthy lifestyle among students. It regularly organizes awareness sessions, seminars, and campaigns to educate youth on addiction-related issues. As part of its initiative, a session on **“Psychology of Addiction”* was conducted on *22nd July 2025* at *3:00 PM* in the *A/C Seminar Hall. Renowned counselling psychologist **MGLN Murthy (M.Sc., Ph.D.)* addressed the students and shared valuable insights. The session focused on factors like peer pressure, trauma, mental illness, and social influences that lead to addiction. Students were encouraged to be more aware and take active roles in building an addiction-free society.
